CHRISTINE GUARNIERI

I have been practicing law for over thirty (30) years and have known Louise Mosher both personally and professionally during most of that time. When she had an opening on her staff, I jumped at the chance to work with her. My admiration of her skill and experience in the field of Social Security law has grown tremendously.

I enjoy the challenge of helping our clients reach their goal of receiving benefits. We work in partnership with our clients to ensure that we obtain all necessary records, analyze the information and prepare each case for a successful outcome.

I have been working for Louise Mosher for the past four years as her paralegal. When I first started here as an intern I had no idea how to work in an office. Everyone in the office immediately made me feel part of the team and that is one of my favorite things about working here. I enjoy working with our clients and listening to their stories and I always feel special when I know I have been able to help someone and make their life a little better.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate’s Degree at Bryant and Stratton and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree at Cleveland State University in English.

As a recent graduate of paralegal studies from National Paralegal College, I have the distinct pleasure of working for Louise Mosher. I enjoy working for Ms. Mosher because of the team atmosphere, we work together to help our clients in their disability claims.

I contribute to the office by maintaining client correspondence, updating case files so that the latest information is available for review and assisting with the cases that are ready for hearings.

When I am not in the office I love spending time with the family, hiking in the Metro parks and trying new restaurants.

I am a part-timer in the office. My responsibilities include organizing pre-hearing information, gathering evidence for hearing cases and submitting evidence to Social Security. The diversity of thought, conversation and beliefs of this staff is refreshing and always respectful. After being a teacher for 30 years, I am grateful to be a part of another line of work that is also geared toward helping others during a challenging time in their lives.

I find working with our clients interesting and worthwhile. The atmosphere of the office places the needs of the clients first. It is important to work with others who share a common purpose and goal in providing help to others.

I have been good friends with Louise for many years. She asked that I help her out temporarily, four years ago and I am still here! I have always enjoyed working in jobs where I can help others; and this job is certainly conducive to that. The staff is easy to get along with, interesting and always eager to help clients and each other. My primary responsibilities are financial: preparing fee petitions, EAJA petitions, managing the client trust account, billing clients, keeping track of attorney fees that get lost in the system, answering the phones, and helping the other staff.

I have worked in the legal area for many years, most recently in Federal Court and also at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Recently, Louise Mosher gave me the opportunity to join her team. Her office provides a friendly, supportive environment for the range of our clients’ needs, and I feel privileged to be a part of this caring group. Louise and her staff go out of their way to assist clients with the many challenges they face in trying to receive their benefits.

Currently, I work as an assistant to both attorneys in the office. I help send evidence to Social Security and have been helping the office in our goal to go paperless.

I have my BA in English and am currently pursuing my MA in English Literature at Cleveland State University.

I have been working for attorneys since I was 15 years old. When I was offered the opportunity to work with Louise Mosher I was excited to be with a firm that specializes in helping people to rebuild their lives.

I am one of the part-time staff in the office. I help answer the phones and am one of the first people you will speak with. I close and scan all the files and help the attorneys prepare for hearings. I also assist the paralegals in preparing and sending evidence to Social Security.
